- When a client is allocated to coach for an initial consult (this means the client has already paid for the program so this is not for a new lead who is yet converted), client will be sent a link to complete the Health History form upon sign up. This must be completed prior to the initial session.
- At conclusion of session, coach to use this link to sign client up to Dietflex generated emails: http://dietflex.com.au/links/

- Brand New Client — Choose option 1
- New to Dietflex — Choose option 2
- New to Dieflex w/ mail delay of physical products — Choose option 3

- If there is a delay in the client signing up to the program as a Zoom/Online only client and us sending hard-copy resources prior to their Initial Consult, please use link 3 immediately so they receive a Quick Start pack to get them started before their hard-copy resources arrive.
