The objective is not to completely eliminate stress or anxiety. This is something we need to make clear right from the very start. Knowledge is power. Everyone should improve themselves and/or business, no matter what stage in life they’re in. Whether it’s to develop a better mindset or to increase profits, moving forward is key.
This course will teach you to take control of your physiology and your psychology so that you can experience the right emotion when you need it. You might not think that you currently have a particular problem with stress and this may well be true. But even if you don’t experience any crippling anxiety, that doesn’t mean you couldn’t benefit from being more calm, more collected and more in control of your thoughts and feelings. All of us experience inappropriate anxiety to some extent, the question is simply where you fall on that spectrum.
During this course, we discuss many breathing techniques including ‘equal breathing’. We also look into CBT and discuss how you can use one technique – called hypothesis testing – to eradicate any social anxiety and become ‘socially bulletproof’. We also discuss how to overcome a panic attack and how to meditate.
If you want to learn how to take full control of your emotions and say goodbye to stress and panic, this course is for you. Otherwise, try and implement what you’ve learned here into your daily life. Next time you feel your stress response bubbling up, try to control your breathing and remember: this is a great opportunity to become stronger. Stress is just making you more focussed and if you enjoy the moment, you’ll be unstoppable!
