Back in the course on momentum, you were prompted to think about what actions you will take right now, tomorrow, next week, next month, next year, and every day for the rest of your life to achieve your ideal lifestyle.

Do you have a clear end-goal? What does it feel, smell, taste, and look like to achieve this goal? Can you visualise it as if you’ve already smashed it?


Goal setting is a process starting with defining where you are, where you want to be, and strategising, with clear, purposeful steps—and a lot of hard work in between.

To succeed, you need to set defined goals, enabling you to focus and direct your life. To take control of your direction in life, the setting of intentions gives you benchmarks to ensure you are succeeding.
