Week 2: Homework

Now that you’ve been working with the goals and habits you’ve outlined for a week, it’s time to review your initial progress.

Improve Your Habit Awareness & Focus 

  1. After a week of working on your goal, what have you noticed? Do you think that your habit/ goal is well defined, or does it need to be adjusted?
  2. Last week you clearly defined the habit(s) that you’d like to establish during this program.  Can you improve your habit with action or motivating words?

Improve Your Habit Triggers

  1. Is your comfort zone interfering with your new habit triggers?  Are there actions you can take to move further away from our comfort zone?

Improve Your Accountability & Support

  1. Share what uncomfortable steps would benefit you by committing to your new habits.
