What are the important areas of your life?

It’s easy to find yourself off balance and not pay enough attention to important areas of your life when life is busy. While you need to have drive and focus if you’re going to get things done, taking this too far can lead to frustration and stress.

To find out which areas of your life are out of balance, the first exercise we’ll complete will be the Wheel of Life.  This task will help you develop a visual overview of your life, so you easily see the first areas of your life that you should work on.
