For years I struggled with life as I moved through a life-threatening autoimmune disease, depression, and the tragic loss of my husband. I was overweight and had no self-love.

Flash-forward to today and my life has basically been turned on its head.

My life is amazing today because of the Healthy Habit Hierarchy  my systemised approach to healthy habit stacking for long-term vitality, has transformed my adversities into my most prominent advantages.
