Join me on Monday afternoons at 3:30pm. Classes are fun but focused and will give you a great workout in a sheer 45 minutes!

With a maximum of 5 participants per class, it’s the perfect way for you to get the feel of a personal training session without the cost. This is ideal if you need some individual guidance but you’re on a budget.

And if you‘re already having personal training sessions, it’s the perfect way to get a few extra workouts in, with a great mix of personal attention and the fun dynamic of a small group of like-minded people.
