Level 1: Momentum

Simplicity is the key and complexity is the enemy of execution.

What thoughts get you moving, what goals ignite a spark and what actions fuel your fire to excite you?

We have been conditioned to think that getting stuff done is all about motivation and unfortunately, this is just one big lie! a lot of the time, we focus on our fears instead of our goals to motivate us and this is inherently quite counterproductive. Remember, a goal without a plan is just a dream.

Momentum is the force that drives us, moving us on the course of our current trajectory at the speed of our past, present and future lives. Momentum is all about harnessing energy because energy is a habit and its power is remarkable! How amazing would it feel to wake and have so much energy that you just wanted to spread it throughout your life, just like glitter, every single day?

What would your ideal lifestyle look like? Why? What action will you take to make it happen? What will it even look like when you’ve “made it”? And why haven’t you made it happen already?

Level 2: Menu

Energy is not the only basis of existence, it is the fuel that makes everything in our lives real and possible.

Do you know the seven components of food? How do you combine fats, carbohydrates proteins and other elements like fibre to achieve maximum health benefits? What does it really mean to be and feel nourished?

Even though we consciously make the decision to eat, a lot of us don’t really consider what we are actually putting into our bodies. In order to strive for optimal nutrition, we must first understand the basis of food and why we should choose certain items on our daily menu item over others. Imagine what it would feel like to feel content, nourished and energised because you knew how, when and what to eat, for the rest of your life!

Loz will educate you about how to make better decisions when it comes to the types of food choices you make to nourish your body, helping uncover the habits that are holding you back from maximising your energy potential.

Level 3: Mindset

Focus on the trail of stress and it will lead to your deepest fear.

We don’t know how to shape our thoughts. Rather, we let them shape us. Unfortunately, though, our mind will never make us happy. Unlocking our deepest fears to uncover the patterns that are holding us back from unleashing our true potential can be one of the most challenging but exciting processes of our lives and it’s equally important to celebrate your wins!

Level 4: Movement

Lead with your body and your mind will follow. It’s that simple.

How many people do you know who’ve endured grueling 12-week challenges and lost a stack of weight, only to put it all back on in due course, and then some?

Optimum movement outcomes differ from one person to the next. Movement might be as simple as being able to tie your shoes with ease; for another, movement might be as bold as being physically capable of scaling the world’s highest mountains! Essentially, being able to choose the right and most effective way to keep your body active as you evolve and mature is critical to maintaining vitality for life.

So many people get their movement wrong and Loz believes that optimum exercise patterns can only be achieved in a sustainable manner once Momentum, Menu and Mindset outcomes have been instigated.

In order to maintain optimal vitality, we need to integrate consistent movement into our daily routine. If we don’t, we suffer from motion starvation and our bodies will begin to reflect the dysfunctions that we create inside, manifested as pain, illness and structural deficits. Movement is a renewable resource that must be replenished responsibly and constantly.
