Living your values means listening to what is important to you and deciding to act accordingly. Simply put, it means saying: “I stand for this”, “This is what is truly important to me” or “I want to be about living this”.
To help put living your values into practice, you are going to make a visual representation of your values. More specifically, you are going to create a so-called “vision board”. I’ve provided a sample list of values in the Values List sheet to get you started. If you get stuck, as yourself the questions in the Liberate Your From Your Limitations sheet to see what is limiting your thinking. To help you get the right balance between your values, work through the Values Diagrams activity.
