Commitment Requirements

To qualify for the Winback Guarantee, you must demonstrate consistent participation in the coaching process.

Evidence Requirements

To assess eligibility, you will need to provide objective evidence of compliance and lack of improvement.

This may include:

  • Your food tracking history within the coaching platform

  • Workout logs demonstrating adherence to the plan

  • Weekly and monthly check-in submissions

  • Body composition data and progress photos

  • Performance markers such as strength, endurance or training progression

  • Relevant wellbeing indicators where tracked

The purpose of this evidence is not to scrutinise you but to fairly assess whether the system was followed and whether meaningful change occurred.

Winback Options
