In your initial consultation, we’ll chat about your goals, past success, challenges and habits and build a plan for your weight loss journey and you’ll start the program.

Select the program that suits you, choose from our 6 Week Drop a Jeans Size challenge, our 12 Week Kickstart program our 12 Month Lifestyle program.

Between days 3-28 of the program you should start feeling better and see improvements in your energy, digestion, sleep and concentration.  You’ll also likely to see a reduction in bloating, headaches and your hunger and cravings. 

Between 1-7 months of the Dietflex program you’ll be starting to see positive visual changes in your skin, body shape and tone, clothing fit & self esteem.  Your frustration, tiredness, weight and size should all be reducing during this period.
