While many Personal Trainers simply offer clients weekly sessions and then leave them to implement exercise programs on their own, my tried and tested holistic packages help with behaviour change along the way.

As a Weight Loss Coach and Life Coach, I understand that change can be hard, and I would never say “You don’t need any help after our sessions – here’s some exercises for you to do by yourself”!

This is NOT a “set and forget” training package where you meet with me once a week and are then left alone to struggle.

I’ve seen this model transform lives so many times but there’s no fanfare or shortcuts.  I’m completely confident you’ll get the results if you follow the plan.

You’ll join me for weekly personal training sessions, undertaking workouts that have been designed to meet your goals, starting point and injuries/physical limitations, to help you achieve the healthy body you dream of.
